Owner of HALO [FOR MEN]
With options for men who want a simple cut, a little color added to their hairstyle, or the signature package, HALO [FOR MEN] is the brainchild of Robert Patrizi. The salon first opened in 2005, and there are now six locations around Chicago, Illinois, that cater to its male clients’ styling needs. Robert Patrizi was first a customer of the Halo Salon before he purchased the company and remodeled the look, feel, and services it provides. His strength as an entrepreneur is a product of almost-constant travel around the United States and Western Europe. Mr. Patrizi visited Dallas, London, New York City, and Los Angeles, among other cities of high fashion, to understand more about the men’s salon business before establishing HALO [FOR MEN] in September 2005.
Educated at Northern Illinois University, Robert Patrizi attended the school in the late 1990s. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Retail Merchandising in 1999 and belonged to the Delta Chi Fraternity during his years at Northern Illinois. After graduation, Robert Patrizi entered the corporate world and traveled all over the globe for work. He continued to look for entrepreneurial opportunities and finally became his own boss at HALO [FOR MEN] after several years of working for others.
Robert Patrizi built his salon on the premise that men should have a place for hair care where they can feel comfortable and enjoy the company’s services. Some of the premier packages offered by HALO [FOR MEN] include such services as a haircut and style, hand massage, a single-guard military-style buzz, highlights or all-over color, and a 45-minute hot-lather shave. Bob Patrizi recently added the boys’ cut for children 12 years of age and under.
